Terms of service

CarLab AI creates digital AI previews of car paint, wraps, wheels, body kits, spoilers and hoods. We provide generated images, not physical parts, installation services or vehicle engineering advice. Results are visual concepts; confirm real-world colors, fitment, legality and safety independently before making changes to a vehicle.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and edit your photos. You authorize CarLab AI and its service providers to process those photos to deliver your requested previews and maintain your result history. Do not upload unlawful content or use the service for fraud, infringement or abuse. Our Content Policy also applies.

The Web Studio can use an anonymous browser session. Keep access to that session and retain purchase receipts. Clearing browser data or changing devices may affect access to an anonymous session; contact support for help. Web purchases and App Store purchases are separate unless we expressly provide account linking.

Paddle provides web checkout as our merchant of record. Free previews remain subject to service availability and abuse-prevention limits. Purchases are linked to your Firebase account. You may connect Google or email/password to restore web purchases on other devices. Until you connect an account, keep your receipt and avoid clearing browser data; contact support if you need help restoring access.

Weekly Pro: $4.99 USD per week for 18 successful car edits per paid weekly period. Yearly Pro: $49.99 USD per year for 500 successful car edits per paid annual period, at the same price for renewals. All selected changes in one successfully generated image use one edit. Results are delivered digitally in the Web Studio after processing; processing times vary.

Membership allowances renew at the start of each successfully paid billing period. Unused membership edits do not roll over. One-time coin packs are held separately: 5 car transformations for $3.49 USD, or 20 car transformations for $7.99 USD. These are not subscriptions. Each successful generation consumes 10 coins when membership or free edits are not used. Failed generations restore their original charge. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval unless canceled before renewal. You may cancel through the purchase provider’s subscription-management link or contact CarLab AI support. Cancellation prevents future renewals; access to the remaining paid-period allowance continues until that period ends. Cancellation is separate from a refund request. Any price change affecting future renewals will be communicated before it takes effect as required by applicable law.

The payment provider and any reseller acting as merchant of record will be identified at checkout and on your receipt. Their applicable payment terms also apply. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, the applicable provider terms and mandatory consumer rights. App Store purchases remain subject to Apple’s billing and refund process.

AI can produce artifacts, inaccurate details or results that do not match your expectations. We do not guarantee that a generated design is unique or that a depicted part exists. We may limit requests, refuse prohibited content or suspend access for abuse. Technical failures and unavailable paid features can be reported to support for resolution under the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our Privacy Policy explains photo processing, result storage and analytics. We may update these terms and will publish the revised date here. Material changes affecting existing paid subscriptions will be communicated as required by applicable law.
