Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how CarLab AI’s website, Web Studio and app ("we", "our") collects, uses and protects your information.

Photos

You may upload photos from your device for the purpose of changing your car's color or generating car modification previews. Photos and generated results may be stored in your private result history and associated with your anonymous or signed-in user identifier. These photos are processed for generating and delivering your requested results and are not shared with third parties for advertising or resale.

Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand usage of our app and website, including visits, device and browser categories, pages viewed and interactions such as starting or completing a preview. Analytics may use browser identifiers and cookies. We do not include your photos, file names or written prompts in custom analytics events.

Purchases

We collect purchase receipts from Apple to validate subscriptions, coin purchases and other App Store transactions. Paddle processes web checkout payment details as merchant of record. We receive order, customer reference and subscription information needed to deliver your purchase, linked to your Firebase account, which can remain anonymous or be connected to Google or email. We do not ask you to send card details to our support email.

Sharing

Data Sharing

  • We do not sell or rent your data.
  • We use Google Firebase for anonymous authentication, optional Google or email/password sign-in, storing result history and operating the Web Studio. When you connect an account, Firebase processes your email and authentication credentials; CarLab AI does not store your plaintext password. Your linked web account lets you restore web purchases and result history on other devices. Your subscription and purchase data may be shared with Apple, or Paddle for web purchases, for billing and purchase validation purposes.
  • Your photos may be processed using AI providers, such as Google Gemini API, only for generating your requested results.
  • We may disclose information if required to comply with law, enforce our terms or protect the security of the App.

Your choices

User Control

  • You can delete the app at any time to remove stored local data from your device.
  • You can delete your account from inside the CarLab AI app when the delete account option is available in the app settings or account area.
  • You can request deletion of your usage data by contacting us at mustafayasincicek@gmail.com.
