Delete from inside the app
You can delete your account directly from the CarLab AI iOS app. Open the app, go to the account or settings area, choose the delete account option, and follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

This page explains how to delete your CarLab AI account from inside the iOS app or by contacting support. If you used Facebook login, Apple sign-in or another social sign-in method, include that provider in your support request so we can locate the correct account.

If you cannot access the app, email mustafayasincicek@gmail.com from the email address connected to your CarLab AI account when possible. Use the subject line "CarLab AI account deletion request" so support can route it quickly.
Include account details
Include the email address used in the app, your sign-in provider if applicable, and any user ID visible in the app. Do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive documents unless we specifically request verification information.
We verify ownership
We may ask for reasonable information to confirm that you control the account before deleting data. This protects your account from unauthorized deletion requests.
We confirm completion
After verification, we delete or anonymize eligible account data and reply by email when the request is complete or if we need more information.

- Uploaded car photos tied to your account
- Generated car modification previews and saved project history tied to your account
- App preferences and identifiers connected to your CarLab AI account
- Social login identifiers connected to your CarLab AI account, if used
Retention
What may be retained
- Records required for legal, accounting, tax, dispute, fraud prevention or security purposes
- Purchase and subscription records controlled by Apple through the App Store
- Aggregated analytics or diagnostic information that no longer identifies you
- Messages needed to document and complete your deletion request
