Refund policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

This policy explains how CarLab AI handles refund requests for digital web subscriptions and coin purchases. Paddle provides web checkout as our merchant of record.

1. Requesting help or a refund

Email mustafayasincicek@gmail.com with the email used at checkout, your order or receipt reference, purchase date and a description of the issue. Do not send full card details, passwords or other payment credentials. If a payment provider or merchant of record issued your receipt, you may also use its receipt or support link to request a refund.

2. How requests are reviewed

We review requests individually, considering delivery, service defects, duplicate or incorrect charges, usage and applicable consumer law. Contact us if a payment succeeded but the purchased allowance was not delivered, or a persistent technical problem prevents you from using the service as described. We will investigate and work with the payment provider to resolve the issue, including a refund where required or approved. There is no automatic money-back guarantee beyond applicable legal or provider rights.

3. Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory withdrawal, cancellation or refund rights in your country. Eligibility and any applicable deadlines depend on the transaction, location and the terms of the provider identified at checkout. Starting delivery or use of a digital service does not by itself waive your rights; any legally required consent must be obtained separately during checkout. Where a merchant of record’s terms provide additional rights, those rights also apply.

4. Subscriptions and cancellation

You can stop future subscription renewals through the provider’s management link or by contacting CarLab AI support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and preserves access until that date. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund an earlier payment. Refund requests, including renewal charges, are reviewed separately under this policy and applicable rights. See our Terms of Service.

5. Coins, usage and approved refunds

Usage of an allowance or coin pack may be considered when reviewing a discretionary refund, without limiting mandatory rights. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the associated allowance or coins may be removed. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider, normally to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.

6. App Store purchases

This web policy does not replace Apple’s refund process. For an iOS App Store purchase, request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem service. CarLab AI support can help with product issues, but Apple manages App Store billing decisions.
